Adults only
This website describes a hotel containing a land-based casino room, and it is written for people of 18 or over. By continuing past the age gate you confirm that you are 18 or older, or older still where the legal minimum where you are is higher. If that is not true, please leave the site.
No gambling is offered here
Read this twice if you arrived from an advertisement. These pages are information about a building and what happens inside it. They host no casino games, no demonstration games and no sports betting. They accept no stake, hold no account, take no deposit and process no payment. Play happens only in the Orangery Room, in person, after a successful identification check at the door.
Accuracy, and the absence of an offer
We keep the descriptions here honest and current, but a hotel changes week by week: a room is taken out for repair, a kitchen closes for a staff holiday, a Friday quartet cancels. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer, a guarantee of availability or a promise of a particular price, and we may correct or update any page without notice. An arrangement exists once reception has confirmed it to you in writing.
What you may do with the pages
Read them, print them, send a link to a friend, quote a sentence with a credit. Please do not copy the text or the markup wholesale onto another site, scrape the pages to train a model or to repackage them, present our name as your own, or use any of it to suggest that we endorse something we have never heard of. The text, the drawings, the layout and the name Ambervale belong to the operating company.
Links out
We link to a small number of independent organisations that help people affected by gambling. Those sites are run by other people: we chose them deliberately but we do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their own privacy practices. We take no payment for any link on this site.
Conduct at the house
- Identification is produced at the casino door on every visit, without argument.
- Staff may refuse to serve, or ask a guest to leave, where someone is intoxicated, aggressive or disturbing other guests. The casino manager's decision on the floor is final for that evening.
- Photography is fine in the park and the public rooms, but not inside the Orangery Room, for the privacy of other guests.
- Any self-exclusion or limit you have agreed with us is enforced as written, and a request to lift it early will be refused.
- Dogs are welcome in the stable court rooms and the park, not in the dining rooms, the Bath House or the casino.
- Smoking and vaping happen outside, at the arch by the stable court.
Availability of the site
We would like these pages to be up all the time and they generally are, but we do not promise it. Maintenance, a hosting failure or something unforeseeable may take the site offline, and we accept no liability for that interruption.
Liability
The site is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of these pages, or from reliance on a detail that has since changed. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your stay, your dinner and your evening in the casino room are governed by the conditions we give you at the property, which say more about those things than this page can.
Governing law
These terms, and anything arising from your use of this website, are governed by the law of the country in which the hotel operates, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction. Nothing in this paragraph removes a consumer right you hold where you live.

Questions about these terms, or about anything on the site, go to [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of them, and our Responsible Gaming page explains how the casino room is run.
